If the work meets your initial specifications but you request major changes this may incur further costs. In your final payment, please confirm instructions regarding shipping back to you. Anything omitted in the final invoice payment might be overlooked. If the project/models are not paid for within thirty days of completion without explanation, the project/models will become the property of Fluffycheese Painting Studio and we will be forced to find another buyer for them to offset costs.

We offer no guarantee, express or implied. Any remedy is at our discretion. That said though, we care a lot about our projects and customers. We'll do our best to follow-up any issue.
How long before the project is finished?
A single collector item or a skirmish-level wargaming army should be finished within two weeks of receiving the models.
A typical wargaming army should be completed and in-route back to you within two to six weeks.
A larger order, such as a 3000 points army of Imperial Guard Air Cavalry converted miniatures using a mix of Victoria Lamb's high quality custom kits painted at the Parade level with freehanded banners could easily take 5 to 10 weeks.
I can! I will shop around to find the miniature / collectable item at an acceptable cost and add it to the project fee. This has to be paid alongside or before the first 50% before the project can begin. You forfeit your ability to complain about "being able to find cheaper" at that point though. If you think you can get a good deal on your material, you should order it yourself and send it to my shipping address instead.
