It's been a while since I had a major update, with the baby and all, but here we are! I've recently got a sizable Basic-quality order for what appears to be the complete Descent collection + a Mantic Skeleton. Lot's of cool monsters in there! About 95 miniatures in total.

The Trollblood Rök commission is now complete! This was a large undertaking and completely out of my comfort zone. Rök is a big and mostly naked humanoid with large flat surfaces. I'm used to either much smaller miniatures or very busy surfaces like scales.
Because of this, I took inspiration from the work of the French artists who specializes in these big naked monsters and did my best to up my game.

I originally thought Barnabas was kind of forgettable... but with that colorful paintjob, it actually became one of my all time favorite miniature! He looks like a derpy 80's cartoon villain with that warty skin of his. It's amazing.
Saturday (November 14th) I presented my first miniature painted specifically for a competition at the Vancouver's "Immortal Brush 2015 Competition" held at STRATEGIES Games and Hobbies.
